We’re pleased to share an upcoming opportunity to engage directly with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial Base Policy (OASW(IBP)) during the Defense Industrial Base Accelerator 2026 (DIBX) event in Philadelphia August 25-27. OASW(IBP) will be hosting a series of networking sessions during the event, which are designed to strengthen collaboration, accelerate innovation, and expand connections across the growing Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
We are focused on key initiatives to Fuel the Arsenal of Freedom by rebuilding and expanding the Defense Industrial Base, Procure Industry-Driven Solutions that meet warfighter needs with speed and agility, and strengthening collaboration and innovation across the defense ecosystem.
To achieve these goals, we need your feedback, ideas, and insights. Whether you’re a small business, a non-traditional defense contractor, or a major industry leader, your voice matters. We are looking for “outside-the-box” thinking to help us refine our processes, remove barriers, and build a more robust and resilient industrial base.
How You Can Participate

- Join Us for a Discussion: As time permits, respondents to the Sources Sought Notice will have the opportunity to schedule individual feedback sessions with OASW(IBP) representatives during DIBX.
