The DIBC Marketplace is designed to provide members with an additional avenue to share innovative concepts and potential solutions that may align with emerging government priorities and mission needs. At launch, the Marketplace is currently accepting submissions in the form of White Papers and Quad Charts, with plans to expand to additional submission formats in the future.

    • While submission through the DIBC Marketplace does not guarantee government review or evaluation, submitted ideas may be considered for further evaluation and could ultimately result in an award if they are determined to align with government interests and priorities.
    • All submissions must utilize the templates provided below.  Failure to utilize the provided template will result in the submission being rejected.
    • Only those members of the DIBC who have executed the DIBC Consortium Member Agreement (CMA) and are deemed to be “Members in Good Standing” will be eligible to submit to the DIBC Marketplace.
    • Submissions are only accepted through ATI’s new web-based portal called AMP (Acquisition Management Platform).
    • Be sure to select the DIBC portal in AMP when uploading your submission.
